Glycine is a conditionally
essential amino acid. Glycine is the chemically simplest and most ubiquitous
of all the amino acids and combines with many toxic substances, converting

Dosage and
use
- One gram (1000
mg) or more may be used as needed since glycine is nontoxic.
- Two grams or
more before exercise or sleep with other GH releasing products may
promote growth hormone release. Glycine is most effectively utilized
when taken on an empty stomach.
- It is easily
soluble in juice or water and is not unpleasant tasting. For optimal
and quickest absorption, it can be used sublingually.
